What I always tell my first-time home buyers is this: the first step is getting pre-approved for a loan. A pre-approval allows us to move forward prepared and puts you in a strong position when it’s time to make an offer. It’s essentially your buying power in writing—and it gives you confidence as you shop.

But how do you know who to talk to? Which lender is right? Are you even qualified?

That’s where your agent—namely, me—comes in. Knowing the right lender for the right client is imperative. There are many loan programs available, and not every lender is well-versed in all of them. My job is to help connect you with someone who understands your unique situation and goals.
